Was a brilliant place for weekend. We loved this boutique hotel. The location of the property was best possible and secure - just a pleasant stroll away from Government Street. Moreover, it's very close to city center and the centre of best shopping /eating district.

Couldn't recommend more for a date night
Spacious suite, comfortable amenities, perfect location. The duplex suite was large enough for three adults and the bar/lounge area offered a great spot to unwind after exploring nearby attractions.
Found nothing wrong.

The situation was great. The pub was great with good service. The beer was great.
The man (the fat one of the 2nd day) at the reception is not to be outbid at unfriendliness.

great location but needs better amenities
The location was excellent. The historic charm of the building was a highlight of our stay. The staff, both at the front desk and the pub, were friendly and cute. I appreciated the spaciousness of the studio room.
The air conditioning was not working properly, made the stay a bit uncomfortable.

Beautifully maintained unit with an electric kettle, fridges and an oven. Magnificent and stunning location next to Victoria Harbour Ferry.
Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

The service in the restaurant was very unfriendly. We haven't seen anything like it on our whole trip.

Not much to like except location.
It was old and dark. Furniture were old and the place was not very clean.

i was offered a room with beautiful views of the bay. the bathroom was good, included a shower, hairdryers and free toiletries. the location was best possible and secure, for example, inner harbour was not too far away from the hotel. what's more, it was right by easy access to harbour air, clipper and whaling excursions.

The location near Chinatown is excellent, with a beautiful neighborhood full of restaurants just a short walk away. While the room was spacious and included a kitchen for convenience, the absence of A/C could make it uncomfortable during warmer months. Unfortunately, the bed was outdated and not comfortable, and the TV remote had issues, detracting from an otherwise enjoyable experience. Highlighting the unique local beers available at the pub adds a nice touch to the stay.

Exceeded expectations. Lovely staff. Very friendly. The photos do not do justice to this hotel.

The proximity to the harbour is very pleasant and also the way to the centre is not far.
If you have a room facing the street, you should have earplugs with you. The car park is open to the public.
